MS Boys Basketball

Logan Flaa will be assisting Ian Wagner with the Middle School Boys Basketball Program. Logan has grown up in this amazing community of Reardan, playing hoops Kindergarten thru 12th grade here. Coach Flaa currently attends Eastern Washington University and is majoring in Business Systems. Logan wants to start coaching basketball because of his passion for the sport and wants kids to enjoy and love the game as much as he does!

I’m happy to be able to join the middle school coaching staff as a flex coach. My very first two years of teaching and coaching were at the middle school level. It’s a great age to be able to teach skills and strategy and really see growth each day with the players. My previous coaching has been high school basketball and middle school baseball and I’m looking forward to this opportunity.

A 2005 Reardan alum, past school board member and parent involved in the Reardan-Edwall School District, Coach Wagner is excited to give back to the Reardan boys basketball program that instilled in him the values of work ethic, honesty, integrity and sportsmanship. Ian has had the privilege of coaching his three little boys in youth flag football as well as their basketball seasons. Connecting with youth, being able to understand where the kids are coming from and building a trusting relationship is Wagner’s first step of building a successful team.
